As a two-phase development with an emphasis on whole-body wellness, the initial phase will be the site infrastructure and first building on a high traffic site in northwest Rochester. This building is a 12,500 sf single story structure which will have up to 5 tenant spaces, with the anchor tenant being a clinical counseling practice. Phase 2 anticipates a 2 story office building of approximately 25,000 sf which will complete the development.
