Having outgrew their existing facility, OZ Lifting Products turned to us for help to plan a new facility that would serve them as their headquarters for their rapidly expanding business. An existing 40,000 sf building which was formerly a canoe manufacturing plant was renovated to provide new office, engineering, product development, testing, assembly, warehousing and shipping under one consolidated roof. This project features enhanced acoustical design to mitigate sound transfer from the warehouse areas to the offices, and to provide sound attenuation by using both active and passive sound control measures. This assures privacy between their offices, conference rooms and on-site media room which is used for recording training/demonstration materials and other promotional productions.
