When Schulte Subaru outgrew their existing dealership building, they commissioned a new standalone building to meet the growing needs of the service and repair aspect of their business. This new 50,000 sf facility brings together all their bodywork, tire and glass services under one roof including reception, meeting room, service intake, paint/prep, spray booths, repair bays, alignment bays, tint, reconditioning, detail, offices and parts storage.
