Bill’s and Brandon Water Softener Service opened a new location in 2023, following expansion from their original facility in Luverne, MN. This new building provides 9,500 sf of office and warehouse space with an interior customer drive-through lane, loading dock and storage mezzanine on a 2 acre site located between Brandon and Sioux Falls.
